Should I give up on all of these uploads and start a fresh round of them?
\r\n\r\nTry to FLUSH/CLEAR YOUR DNS CACHE on that affected PC. @ CMD prompt >"Ipconfig /flushdns", wait a few minutes and try reporting again. If not connecting, Exit BOINC & restart it.
\r\nNot the problem. While I was generating that log on the v1 WU, I actually caught that system uploading a v2 WU with no issue. And I reviewed the BOINC logs on all my other hosts and it looks like it's only v1 WU's that are having troubles uploading. I can't spot a single v2 upload hung.\r\n\r\nEDIT: Oh, and that command won't work on my Linux farm in any case. :D
\r\n\r\nLOL. I did just restart BOINC on that sample host and it still can't upload the hung WU. But now it's *also* running eleven goofy WU's. Nine v2 and two v1.\r\n\r\nTalk about acting goofy! :D

Thanks. Gotta love providers "protecting" us from ourselves. :)\r\n\r\nI just added additional debug flags to my BOINC config and hit retry on my sample WU and it's still not going through.\r\n\r\n

Today, I have literally 100's of WU's stuck uploading. Historically, when I've seen this, it seems the server has "forgotten" about WU's it had sent out. I thought that may have been the case again as a result of your Maintenance event, but I had everything cleared out from before then already, and I see it across many of my hosts again today. Are you still having server problems?\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n48 hours ago, when I checked, I had none stuck.

Speaking of Stats, I was wondering why Mumps[MM] is not listed in the statistics.\r\n\r\nHe has contributed more than 50,000 Hours to this project (information from WUprop project), yet he does not appear in this projects statistics at all.\r\n\r\nHe is shown with Zero points, yet according to WUProp and FreeDC stat site (the information comes from this project) he is the leading volunteer at this project.\r\n\r\nWhere is he?\r\n\r\nJust wondering\r\n\r\nThanks\r\nConan
\r\nShhhhh! I was hiding! But I'm here now. :)

Are we sure it isn't the problem from this other thread?\r\n\r\nIf your tasks were generated between the backup and subsequent restore of the server, it would make sense that the server doesn't have the structure in place for our uploads. I'm resetting the project on all my "stuck" hosts. Time to move on to fresh work. :)
